DRDO DIPAS Paid Internship 2026-27 Notification for BE/BTech and ME/MTech Students
Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), under DRDO, Ministry of Defence, has released a paid internship notification for final-year B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech students for the academic session 2026-27. Eligibility and Internship Conditions
- Only students entering final year B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in academic year 2026-27 are eligible.
- Students with backlogs are not eligible.
- Minimum attendance required: 15 working days per month.
- Internship completion of full 6 months is required for certificate.
- Internship completion does not guarantee DRDO employment.
- Selected candidates must submit police verification at joining.
- Selected students must submit NOC from Principal on college letterhead confirming relief for internship and attendance condition.
Stipend and Expenses
- Total stipend: Rs. 30,000
- Payment schedule:
- Rs. 15,000 after 3 months
- Rs. 15,000 after 6 months
- Stipend is subject to minimum 15 days attendance in a month.
- Lodging, boarding, transport, medical and other personal expenses are to be borne by the student.
Selection Process
- Selection is based on merit and/or physical or online interaction.
- If marks are tied, elder candidate (by date of birth) gets preference.
- Only selected students are informed by email for joining procedure.
- No communication is sent to unselected candidates.
